Merritt Felmly Scholarship Application

Please fill out the form in its entirety in order complete your submission for the 2026 Merritt Felmly Memorial Scholarship.

All required materials must be received no later than midnight on February 16, 2026. These are listed below. Please that all except the last one on the list are submitted using this form. The letter must be mailed or emailed directly to Plano Civic Chorus by the writer:

• Transcript demonstrating minimum GPA 3.0
  
• 500-1000 word essay describing how choral music has impacted your life
  
• Maximum 4 minute video demonstrating vocal ability
  
• List choral experience and awards if applicable
  
• Letter of recommendation from a choral director
